International Hotel & Property Awards (2015) – Best Hotel with More than 200 Rooms

The International Hotel & Property Awards are different to other design awards, as they are not judged by a panel. Shortlisted projects are presented online, and voting is open to industry leaders as well as Design et al readers, clients and customers.

Design et al aims to commend design, recognize talent, and create opportunities. The awards is looking for places that inspire our senses from a design perspective.

The awards invites and receives entries from the world’s top architects, designers and hospitality operators.

Ibis-Novotel IKIA was entered the 2015 awards by Tarh Va Afarinesh Architectural & Engineering Consultants Co and managed to take the below titles amongst 168 iconic projects in the final stage including Sofitel, Sheraton, Kempinsky, Hyatt Regency, Fairmont, Ritz Carlton, Rivers, NH, etc. by public votes:
